Vi byter inom kort isoleringen på vissa vattenrör i källarvåningarna. Vår fastighet byggdes under 1970 talet. Det är dags att byta ut vissa delar av den gamla typen av isolering. Detta kommer att ske från och med den 22 juli och ca 3 veckor framåt.
Våra hantverkare startar med port 34. I vilken ordning de därefter går vidare vet vi inte i dagsläget. Eftersom den typen av isolering som de ska byta ut innehåller asbest är det en särskilt mycket noggrann teknik som måste användas. Arbetet får bara utföras av särskilda tekniker. Det innebär att INGEN får tillträde till förråds/källarutrymmena under ca 3 veckors tid fr o m den 22 juli. Eventuellt kan det ta längre tid på vissa platser. Vi rapporterar på hemsidan under arbetets gång och meddelar när det förväntas bli klart. Det kan bli så att vi öppnar upp löpande.

We will soon replace the isolation on some water pipes in the basement floors. Our property was built in the 1970s. It is time to replace some parts of the old type of isolation. This will take place from July 22 and about 3 weeks ahead.
Our craftsmen will start with no 34. We do not know, at the moment, in which order they will proceed. Due to the fact that the old type of isolation they are replacing contains asbestos, a particularly high-precision technique must be used. The work may only be carried out by special technicians. This means that NO ONE is allowed access to the storage/basement areas where the work is done for about 3 weeks from July 22. It may take longer in some locations. We report on our website during the progress of the work and announce when it is expected to be finished. It may happen that we open up continuously.
